| Examples in Faith |
| Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in purity. When I think of this verse I think of Lance Armstrong. He didn`t stop doing what he wanted and neither should we stop believing. Lance was an example when he was diagnosed with cancer. But, went on to win the tour of France a 26.2-mile after he had cancer. Jesus is the next example, the perfect example. Just as Jesus we need not to just be an example by the way we talk and to not be a hypocrite. We need to be an example to others with the love we show to one another. Giving to those in need. Caring for our elderly. We should let the spirit of God shine in the way we conduct our selves. Let no one despise your youth. Let no one look down on you for being a Christian. Use God`s word that is the Holy Bible to show the purity of the young Christian. Where ever you are, at school, playing sports, at the shopping mall. Show people that in all aspects of life that you believe in Jesus Christ our Savior. |
